They Need: Mighty Oak is in the middle of setting up a new office space. They need an interm executive to handle all administrative duties until a permanent person could be hired.
We Provide: Pink Spiders stepped in to take manage arrangement of the new space: coordinate logistics, meetings, administrative duties. Set up and managed their books, client forms and secretarial services as needed. Mighty Oak Midwifery

They need: general administration work, form for parents and athorization, creation as well as on going book keeping
We Provided: 5 hours a week general administration, created parent forms with updates for daycare each month. Book keeping is done on a weekly basis, records submitted each month.
