Fees
- Hourly rates are £20 billed in 15 minute increments
- Minimum invoice amount of one hour
- Retainer or special project rates may be negotiated
- Incidental expenses eg. postage couriers, travel etc. will be charged seperately at cost price
Terms & Conditions
- Contract Booking Form to be completed and signed before commencement
- Deposit required for new clients before start of any assignment
- Completed work supplied by email, CD or 1st class mail (unless otherwise agreed)
- Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client
- Any errors or omissions must be notified within 5 business days of receipt
- Invoices will be submitted for payment on completion of the assignment, or issued monthly for regular clients (timesheet will be included)
- Payment by cheque, bank transfer or paypal (charge applies)
- 7 days payment terms
- As we consider professionalism and confidentiality to be of the utmost importance no assigment will be carried out until a signed Confidentiality Agreement has been received
- All materials and information supplied by and produced for a client are treated as strictly confidential at all times unless client advises otherwise
